I feel like giving a 5 for nostalgia’s sake. I stayed in this hotel over 10 years ago when I was exploring Taiwan. For the price it is a 5, actually.

每次過年假期，都會預定3人房或4人房，價格跟其他家旅館比較，算是便宜很多。人員的部份我遇到的都很客氣，住房當天都有確認提醒入住，就算我會比預約的時間慢到，我都會先知會飯店。 早餐部份，我不求精緻，整體算是可以，業者是不是應該提供，這本來就沒有標準答案，業者有權利更改餐點內容，如果你屬於愛點餐的，就自己去巷口吃7-11或是附近早餐吃吧。 我住那麼多回，我覺得水壓部份需要加強，水溫也需要加強…… 我希望改天能實現 寵物入住~~ 我每年下來，都覺得飯店有在改變，我希望可以越來越好。
It is not a bad hotel, it Just an old hotel. However, I enjoyed it, it's super close to Kaohsiung main station, the room is clean and you have a bath which is quite rare in Taïwan. Prices are cheap and breakfast include. Plus the hotel is very quiet. The only difficulty was with some members of the staff who are not speaking very well english, but they are friendly. About the smell, I think the cause is related to some customers who doesn't respect the rules and smoke. Otherwise I have a good experience in this hotel.
四人房含停車跟早餐這個價錢真的在高雄找不到了
So I did read several reviews before booking a room at this hotel and here's my review/opinion: 1. Yes this hotel is somewhat oriented towards adults. So if you are traveling with kids/are somewhat of a prude, then you might as well avoid it 2. I can't say about the other rooms but the one in which I had stayed was quite well equipped with sufficient toiletries, towels, napkins, big TV. It seemed as though each room had it's own WiFi router and was quite fast as well. 3. You get what you pay for. It's certainly quite cheap in comparison so you might as well lower your expectations. I do believe that your experience here depends on the type of room that you end up staying in so your luck also matters. 4. It's quite near the Kaohsiung Main Station and the Liuhe Night Market is not too far as well. There are a number of dining options nearby
